All change at Ericsson

Ericsson has made major changes to its executive team, appointing Xavier Dedullen as senior vice president, chief legal officer and head of legal affairs.

According to the company, Dedullen has had an “extensive international career” including time at Swiss company LafargeHolcim where he was group general counsel and chief compliance officer.

Speaking of the appointment, Ericsson president and CEO Börje Ekholm said: “I am very pleased to welcome Xavier to the executive team. He adds valuable knowledge and experience, and will bring continued strong leadership as our new chief legal officer.”

Dedullen said: “I am excited to join Ericsson, a technology company that has a unique position and is a key driver in the global mobile communications industry. I look forward to helping transform the business for the future.”

Other recent appointments include Erik Ekudden, who has augmented his chief technology officer position with that of senior vice president. Current senior vice president Nina Macpherson will retire at the end of March 31.
