Advertorial: CCW 2022 celebrates the critical communications sector

Registration has opened for Critical Communications World 2022, taking place in June in Vienna.

The event will feature three days of in-depth conference and Focus Forum sessions, delivered by critical communications thought leaders from across the globe. The theme this year is ‘Evolving the Ecosystem,’ with multiple topic streams including ‘international perspectives and collaboration’, ‘transition to broadband and 5G,’ ‘cybersecurity’ and ‘evolving technologies.’

The event will give visitors the opportunity to view the latest technology, presented by the leading companies in the sector, located across the exhibition floor. These include sponsors Motorola Solutions, Leonardo, Ericsson, Frequentis, Hytera and many more, with more being added all the time.

In addition to the main conference sessions, keynotes, panel discussions and debates, there will be in-depth Focus Forums. Focus Forums are deep-dive courses which will provide knowledge-sharing and comprehensive updates on specific areas, allowing specialists to come together to learn new developments, and to share their own challenges, experiences and skills.

Making a return to the exhibition floor this year will be the Government Authorities Global Village, a dedicated space bringing together government operators from across the world. At a time of great change for the industry, the Global Village provides the opportunity for partners and stakeholders to discuss achievements, issues and direction of travel in the continuing journey towards public safety broadband.

New for this year will be the opportunity for visitors to take a CCW Guided Tech Tour. These will take place at dedicated times during the event, offering visitors demonstrations of new and innovative technologies across a variety of product categories including narrowband and LTE devices, VR, robotics and AI.

Speaking of why CCW is so important to the sector, TCCA chief executive Kevin Graham said: “Since its inception, CCW has occupied the leading position in the promotion of critical communications technology across the globe. We expect this year’s show to be outstanding across all activities, driving the conversation forward for the benefit of all stakeholders.

“CCW 2022 is a global networking hub, allowing visitors to forge new business relationships and strengthen existing ones. TCCA looks forward to welcoming the critical communications community to Vienna.”
