Ingenso launches the Opus Partner Network

Ingenso Limited, the creator of the Opus brand of two-way radios, has announced that it is building a limited network of resellers and is therefore seeking to hear from dealers who are interested in providing their clients with cost-effective solutions.

The Opus range currently comprises of 10 models, ranging from the analogue T2-446 business grade PMR446 license free radio to the D24 DMR licensed radio which has the full range of emergency features (including man-down), GPS, colour LCD screen and a full keypad. Ingenso claims that its product portfolio offers solutions for the vast majority of end-user requirements and states that new models are also in the pipeline.

“Our objective is to build close working relationships with our selected partners and provide them with the technical and sales support they require. They will benefit in-turn by gaining access to our growing family of feature-rich, competitively priced, end-user solutions,” said Dale Blackman, managing director of Ingenso Limited.

“Over the years we have developed strong, high level relationships with our factory partners. We enjoy direct input at all levels of the product design and, since we only work with the suppliers who are responsible for the RF, hardware and software design, we have a unique level of influence,” he added. “This allows us to take customer feedback and suggestions and introduce them into products far quicker than our competitors. I recall on one occasion a customer making a suggestion and we [were able to revise the firmware], giving them the feature they requested, within 24 hours – I don’t think any of our competitors could react so dynamically.”

Ingenso Limited has been in the marketplace since 2000, supplying end users with two-way radio solutions and created the Opus brand of two-way radios in 2006.
