Digital radio manufacturer Sepura has signed a long-term deal with distributor Sintel Italia, ensuring a continuing pipeline for the company into the Italian market.

According to a statement, as part of the agreement, Sintel Italia will establish a certified service centre for Sepura’s terminals, enhancing the support currently offered to mission critical users in Italy.

Speaking of the agreement, Sepura sales and marketing director, Terence Ledger, said: “Sepura continues to deliver secure, reliable communications devices to European critical communications users. Organisations throughout Europe, including in the UK, the Netherlands and Germany have all recently invested in our SC2 Series radios to take advantage of the excellent audio, and ability to handle complex data. We look forward to further success with Sintel in the Italian market.”

Sintel’s CEO Enzo D’Antona said: “We are delighted to renew our productive working relationship with Sepura. This will allow Italian public safety users to access market-leading communications devices, serviced in Italy and developed in the UK, to enable regional mission critical users to communicate safely and effectively.”
