With a combined experience exceeding forty-five years within the high technology and communications industries, Sacke and Shah both bring proven expertise in developing and implementing IoT, M2M, wireless, IT security and managed information and communications technologies (ICT) solutions. Sacke has spent the last eight years at Pinnacle Technology Group, shaping its product strategy. As the commercial and technical lead for the IoT business, Sacke’s key responsibilities involve reviewing and enhancing the product roadmap for Comms365 as well as planning and executing its IoT strategy.
Situl Shah is now head of Business Development at Comms365
Shah has spent the last few years as a business director and management consultant specialising in smart services, next generation wireless networks, strategic alliances and datacentres across international and emerging markets. Shah’s extensive international experience within the Wireless, Fibre, Datacentre, M2M, IoT, and technology consulting industries equips him with the ability to develop and drive Comms365's sales strategy going forward in both vertical markets and horizontal solutions, including IoT and related areas.
“My aim is to use my previous experience to further develop Comms365’s product portfolio, especially in the IoT space,” said Sacke. “There is a lot of noise around IoT at the moment, and it’s quickly becoming one of the fastest growing areas of technology. However, there is a real need for an end-to-end solution that really delivers value for the customer, which is what I believe we can offer from Comms365.”
“It’s an exciting time to join Comms365," explains Shah. "It’s a dynamic, fast growing and innovative company with huge potential; leveraging this culture of innovation and agility will be really important. Working alongside Nick, my aim is to increase revenues by 25 per cent on a year-by-year basis thorough a mix of direct customers and strategic partnerships as well as identifying new technology areas for growth”
Sacke added: “There’s a lot of ground to cover, but Comms365 has the right foundation already in place. Its 4G disaster recovery specialism for example – exemplified by our CloudProtect solution – puts the company in a tremendous position to continue accelerating its growth in a sustainable and controlled way in the SME market space.”
Mike van Bunnens, MD, Comms365, commented: “The appointment of Nick and Situl is testament to the substantial growth that Comms365 is currently experiencing. They have responsibility for building up our IoT solutions business, as well as supporting and nurturing our market focus for Enhanced Connectivity, M2M and Cloud solutions.
"We welcome them both to our team and by further defining our product roadmap and developing our partnerships in line with this, we will be best placed to ensure we continue to provide our customers with the next wave of technology and work closely with them to create our solutions around their short and long term plans.”
