Through the app, businesses can:

- Receive same-business-day free legal consultations with a lawyer
- Receive fixed price no-obligation quotations for more in-depth work
- Pay for any legal advice or work required
- Review and download attachments, documents and contracts
- View lawyer expertise and experience
Whenever a new message is received, the app sends a push notification straight to the client's device enabling them to remain up to date with the latest development on their legal enquiry. The app synchronises with the LawBite website, allowing clients to keep track of enquiries entered via their desktop or tablet when they're out on the move, without the need to update multiple platforms.
All documents and passwords in the database, along with all communication between the client and the server is encrypted. In addition, personal pages and data are only accessible if the user is properly authenticated. The app is protected with a PIN and there are additional security features (firewall and monitoring), which are provided by UKFast.
