According to the company, van der Harst has 30 years experience in the logistics software supply chain field, both on the user and provider side. His most recent position was as managing director EMEA at Kinaxis, and he has held similar posts at Descartes, G-Log and Kewill.
He will lead 3Gtms' overseas effort, working out of its EMEA headquarters in Utrecht, the Netherlands. He will be particularly responsible for growing the company's market share among 3PLs and mid to large-sized shippers.

Van det Harst holds a bachelor’s degree in business economics, and is APICS certified in production and inventory managemen (CPIM).
